How 2 fix pec imbalances? Mine is really minor right now as I've only been really training a year, but I want to get a jump on it before I go any further.
Should I just train one side of my chest? I've been doing mainly flat barbell press, should I switch to dumbell for a while to keep both sides equally engaged?
Photo isn't me just found this shit, fags.
it impossible to have symmetry if your bones are uneven. since you're too cowardly to post yourself I wouldn't doubt that you're a retard baby.
Literally who gives a shit about something as minor as this

Body builders do

Chest press machines are by far the best isolation excercise for working on symmetry and strength imbalances, allowing you to do each pec at your own pace.
Most people will have imbalances due to overusage of their dominant hand, and training exclusively on a barbell on a flat bench won't help that - if anything, your imbalances in one arm will be compensated for by the other, training the divide even further.

I have that same shit on my right pec, what the hell is it? It's like some kind of gap where muscles don't grow and it's only visible if I flex my chest muscles.
Any way to deal with that shit?

It's just muscle insertions which you can't fix
