depends on your activity level, the #1 rule is calorie deficit/surplus

But to some extent, you can replace carbs by proteins and fats, I usually eat about 80-100g a day of carbs, not a fan of rice and pasta

Fructose from sugar get instanly converted to fat. So by reducing fat from the food, the food industry have to put sugar in it to make it taste good without fat.

Atleast you increases testostoserone by increasing fat, and reduce hunger by reducing carbs doing Keto.

Your body uses alot of energy converting carbs into fat, making you tired af. Don't have to take a nap after work anymore.

So tell me again why you rather want the long process of carbs to fat? It's not because it's make you less hungry or tired. I'm quite interesting to hear your benefits?
