depends on your activity level, the #1 rule is calorie deficit/surplus
But to some extent, you can replace carbs by proteins and fats, I usually eat about 80-100g a day of carbs, not a fan of rice and pasta
I usually stay under 100g a day. I feel great, and I've lost a craving for shitty high carb foods.

>tfw still craving
Can have a waffle or a whole fucking bag of vegetable to get 20 gram of carbs.

>Implying if you've exceeded 400 kcal from carbs and have met your protein goal (say 600 kcal) the rest (say 1700 kcal) should be from fat
Mmm, should I eat 1700 kcal in fat and have them immediately stored as fat, or should I eat them in carbs and get them stored as fat after undergoing de novo lipogenesis?
KILL yourself. Low carb and keto fags are literally worse than vegans

Implying fat from food instantly get stored as fat, because it's fat.

>or should I eat them in carbs and get them stored as fat after undergoing de novo lipogenesis*?
* with about 30% of the energy burned to sustain the reaction of lipogenesis, meaning that I will literally lose weight by eating pasta

>should I eat 1700 kcal in fat and have them immediately stored as fat
>being this dumb

>instantly
Not instantly but "way more instantly" compared to carbs becoming fat

Fructose from sugar get instanly converted to fat. So by reducing fat from the food, the food industry have to put sugar in it to make it taste good without fat.
Atleast you increases testostoserone by increasing fat, and reduce hunger by reducing carbs doing Keto.
Your body uses alot of energy converting carbs into fat, making you tired af. Don't have to take a nap after work anymore.
So tell me again why you rather want the long process of carbs to fat? It's not because it's make you less hungry or tired. I'm quite interesting to hear your benefits?
It doesn't for me.
I eat 300-500g of carbs depending on how active my day is.
Carbs are great.
When i dont ieat carbs i got no pump.
Doesn't make me fat at all
