>Pull-up bar broke
>Well not exactly broke
>Its missing one key element
>a little, extremely small metal piece
>its a cilinder
Any ideas how can I replace it?
Or, any exercise(s) to replace pull ups?
OR, any other place indoors that I can use to do pull ups?
No, I dont have money, so I cant buy another one or go to the gym.
For example, will my door break if I do comando pull ups on it? Doorframe aint an option.

Go prison style
Throw a towel around one of the bars on the side of your stairs.
>Do not pick the first step,
Do pull up gripping towel.
i made my own, i made a hole on a hallway on my place, and made another hole deeper on the other side, put a little cement on the deeper hole, inserted bar as deep as i could, pluged on the other side, filled the rest of the hole with cement, now i do at least 7 sets of pullups every day every time i walk through that hallway
