How do you lose weight from drinking? I always gain weight. Easily drink 2kcals worth in a night. Got my friends birthday weekend this weekend as well. So I cant escape it :'(

I'm actually the same And it pisses me off when people are like "lets go to a restaurant" mid bender. Cuz it takes so fucking long. However when I'm hungover is a different story I will eat tubs of Pringles with no remorse

Indians say that alcohol is a spiritual poison and it can take up to 6 months for your pineal gland to recover. Idk if its true but I chose to believe that recently and it made stopping all alcohol so easy. If you believe its gonna cause this much damage, rather than being this normal thing everyone in NA does, it's much easier.
