I do something similar except I use coconut oil powder. I don't like how the oil affects the texture of ehat I put it in, plus if you want to drink it cold, it clumps up.

I'm cutting and I have a breakfast shake that's 40 - 60g rolled oats, 300ml semi skimmed milk and then depending on my mood i throw in a mix of 20-40g each of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. It works out between 300 - 400 calories depending on the quantity and it's very filling. The only downside is the last mouthful is full of seeds.
