I do 5x2 on Flat bench, 5x5 on Incline bench press and 4x6 on Decline bench press. On incline and decline I add 1.5-2.5 kgs every week but I'm not getting stronger on the flat bench. Maybe the 5x2 is not suitable for bench press and should raise the reps like I do on incline/decline. I've seen great progress on 5x2 squats and deads though. Thanks for reading.

ur welcome
Do 5x5 or 3x8 no shit you're not making progress doing 10 reps
>actually doing decline bench
It's called decline for a reason retard. The equipment is just there to identify who's the retard in the gym and who's not.

Not the most experienced lifter here, BUT most powerlifters suggest more sets and less reps close to your 1RM for strength. Also, how can you explain that I see great strength gains on Squats and Deads doing 5x2?

Brain is not your strong side bro. Never skip brain day.

no they don't. training doubles and triples is for when you're peaking for a contest.

If you're talking about the presser in the picture, it's Larry Wheels. Guy's super strong.
