Hey /fit/, I'm missing a pec due to a birth defect which makes one side have significantly less strength. As a result I've over used one arm over the years.
What's a good workout to even out my arms?

Well shit.. isolation? Triceps, biceps, forearms, shoulders etc. Keep the weights and reps the same for both arms. This will make the weaker one catch up eventually. And be patient. People probably wont notice a difference in your arms.

Sorry... But you won't make it

I have pectus carinatum, so I am with you chest-bro. My gains have substantially lessened the extent to which my chest sticks out, as I simply have about 1/4 inch more muscle to hide it. We're all gonna make it, don't worry.

Do you not recall the bodybuilder who got ripped as fuck despite only having one pec?
