does anyone have tips on how to get the most of your sleep ? usually sleep 7hrs but hate to sleep this much, i used to sleep 5hrs when i was a kid but for some reason can't anymore

because kids have endless hours of energy, a 3 hour nap fully recharges there battery for 18 hours

my grandpa is 84 years old, sleeps 8 hours every night and needs a nap at 4pm

I need to force myself to have a consistent time to go to bed, i used to have a very strict schedule bc of studies but i dropped that, might try sleep cycles as i felt it was able to save you about half an hour of sleep on average

It's literally the exact opposite. Kids and teens need the most sleep because their bodies are constantly growing. Adults rarely need more than 6 hours.
