>be me 30 minutes ago
>eat a sandwich with wheat bread and crunchy peanut butter
>eyes suddenly feel heavy
>brain starts to fog
>start sweating
>feel really hot
>can't think clearly
>heart is pounding hard and raised bpm
>shallow breath 10 minutes later
I feel like I'm burning up as I sit half naked on my couch. What the fuck just happened to me. My eyes still feel heavy, my brain is foggy as fuck and now I feel like complete shit
Is this hypoglycemia or celiac's disease? I haven't eaten much today, a bagel with cream cheese, protein shake early this morning, some cranberry juice. I literally feel like my iq has dropped.

Totally unrelated to the sandwich, youre probably getting sick or something. Pound some nyquil and get to sleep early, if youre still unsure eat another sandwich tomorrow and see if it happens again.

you're maybe developping an allergy, it can happen later in life, even post-puberty
the symptoms you describe sound like a mild Quincke edema reaction, especially the fast heartbeat and loss of mental coherance. If it weren't for that, it could be just bad food you ate, but those 2 symptoms are not from food poisonning.
You should check up w/ doctor, your next peanut buttter sandwich could litteraly kill you if you are allergic.

I get this same shit every day after lunch, if I have anything with white bread, rice, batter, noodles or other shitty carbs.
Best fix is to... not have those things.
Carb crash is a real thing. Probably pre-diabetes IDK, but I've managed it just fine for ~10 years now and originally that shit used to make me almost pass out at my desk at work each day, until I changed what I was eating. Been fine since.

Not sure of the meaning of the pic, but anyone who has seen an allergic reaction upclose will tell you it's not some fuzzy feeling you push through with wiillpower
Shit is fucking scary, people litteraly blow up (as in inflate, not explode, obviously) and go purple, it's horror movie-tier.
What the fuck is crunchy peanut butter

It's definitely not celiac

If you haven't eaten protein heavy foods in a while, then it could just be protein shock.
