quitting drinking coffee and tea solved everything for me. i just take caffeine pills now.

Had this for a year. Made me lost 10 fucking kg of muscles. I didn't think it was bad until I couldn't even drink water without my stomach making noise and rumbling. I kept goign with it a'd the worse happened when I stopped lifting for a couple of months because of school. I was back to 0.

Treat that shit early if you don't want people to ask you what happened every time you see them (especially people you haven't seen for a while)
