Have Had a few cheat days when I had all the carbs that I wanted and more.
The only bad thing is that, since I dont track my carbs that strictly lately, sometimes I drop out of keto and then I feel like shit till I get back into ketosis, wich could be a couple of days or 3.
I also combine it with IF
