You have some kind of liver ailment.
Are you overweight? Could be something relatively common (but bad) like fatty liver disease. Do you have undiagnosed hepatitis? Get checked for it asap. It could be alcoholic hepatitis if you drink often, or of course sexually transmitted. Both will lead to cirrhosis, or scar tissue forming on the liver and impeding its function.
The liver is responsible for "cleaning" your blood. When it doesn't perform properly, toxins make it to the brain and cause the symptoms you are describing. Brain fogginess, sleep pattern problems, etc. The abdominal issues and inflated enzyme count also suggest this.
Do you bruise easily or have any jaundice?
