Has anyone tried coolcicada's PPL routine. How good is it?

I prefer Connor Murphy's PPLPPLx over Coolcicada.

The volume on Connor Autist Murphy's one just feels better for me.

Pull

>Pullups/Pulldowns 4 sets
>Row 4 sets
>Row (2) 4 sets
>+1 exercise of choice

Lower
>Squats 4 sets
>Deadlifts 4 sets
>Leg Press 3 sets
>Leg Extensions 3 sets
>Leg Curls 3 sets
>Calves 4 sets

I did it in my first bulk and got nice gains. I switched the pull day with the one with deadlifts in the bb post
