I've done this for 6 months and I am constantly plateauing, making me think I've made all possible use of the program.

What are your current stats?
I did the same program until I started stalling too often.
Switch to n-suns 531 LP. Added 10 kg to my bench press in a few short weeks.
Program is pretty fun too.

Dont forget your deloads. Another useful programing tip that helped me was upping the weights progresively, one set per workout.

If all else fails, intermediate programs (Texas method, madcows 5x5, etc.)

I thought it worked like regular 531. So it is essentially only the 3rd (5/3/1+) week of 531 ad nauseum with weekly progress? If yes, might steal the idea, I was looking for a way to autoregulate my TM a bit.

Efficiency is key if you want to invest time elsewhere too. Working out is like eating. Nobody is saying you shouldn't enjoy it but it shouldn't be your main focus either unless you directly profit off it
