Why did I spend so much of my life being a skinny fat lazy mess of a human being?

One summer when I was 16/17 I spent 20 hours a day sitting naked on a towell in my room playing WoW.

At the time it was pretty sick yo

I lost 10kg in one month and then started lifting to avoid becoming a skellington.

Went from a 1000 kcal a day diet to over 3300 kcal. Was a bit of a shock to the system. But I look a lot better already, and friends and family have commented on it.

I'm glad that its never too late. If I wanted to be Mr Olympia, then of course its far too late, but I can at least become moderately healthy and potentially aesthetic.

Man I pitty you guys, this is just bad parenting, my dad basically gave me the blueprint for growing up male, it's really pretty obvious once you are grown, so it sucks that your parents didn't give you a heads up.

I started when I was 26.
Now I'm 31 and I've benched 150kg, deadlifted 230kg, squatted 210kg, The PressĀ®ed 95kg, push pressed 120kg, rowed 125kg for a set of 5 and rack pulled 280kg from the knees.
