Worked great for me feel bad for you cause this was best thing in my life. My waist went from 32 to 29 1/2 , feel stronger, more libido. I'm guessing this is from it de stressing me and allowing my hormones to function properly. Sleep better, feel better overall. Started my own consulting business as well... this stuff changed my life.

Have to keep in mind this probably worked great for me because my mind and body was out of whack and phenibut must have helped lower my stress and allow my body to function properly. If your just scared to talk to people cause your a coward it probably won't work for you.

Works for me. I take it on days when I slept shitty and have to be around people. It makes me less irritable.

What's the point of taking it if you're not under stress and look like this for at least 8 hours a day? Helped me to get my shit together but when everything is fine all I feel is like the lights are brighter, that's all.

What are you expecting to "feel" exactly? It's not supposed to be like lsd or some shit, it just helps slightly with anxiety. If you don't have anxiety then it won't do jack shit for you, unless you take massive doses.

Took 250mg for the first time the other day but felt nothing against my anxiety. Will double the dose next time. Is 750mg too much for a beginner dose?
