How do you fix uneven arm strength? Whenever im doing like shoulder press or dumbbell chest press my left arm always gives out first or i wont be able to finish my reps on my left hand

Don't do different weights

Just work the right arm the exact same as the left arm. If you fail a set on your left arm, fail the set on your right. Always lead with your less dominant arm. After about 1-2 months the muscle imbalances should even out. Obviously use dumbells, stay away from barbells because you will most likely cheat during it
