Do people with thick wrists have an easier time bench pressing? Should thin wristed people find alternative lifts instead of pressing movement lifts to maximize the efficiency of their workout?

Why the fuck would the size of your wrist determine how good you are at bench press. Stop making excuses for having bad performance and work on your form.

Hey faggot is was just a question. Also lets not pretend joint strength isn't a factor on bench press.

You should press anyway regardless of your wrist size.

>tfw go to my jewelers everytime i buy a watch.
>tfw again when the inner button in the cufflink is sometimes still too big.
>>41979673
because if you have small wrists you cannot support the weight you retard
>>41979650
yes, thicker joints lend themselves better to stability and force transfer
no, that doesn't mean you need to find new exercises
>Ordered a wrist roller waiting for it to arrive
Did I fall for a meme exercise /fit/?
>>41980462
Wrist roller will lead to forearm muscle development, but it will not add width to the bones in your wrist
Its pretty much impossible to make the thinnest part of your wrist larger
Wrist rollers are good tho. The best thing about being a wristlet is that it makes your forearm muscles appear larger/fuller

>Stop making excuses for having bad performance
But this is /fit/. It's what we're best at.
Just listen to this guy >>41979717

Nobody on /fit/ benches enough for that to be a concern. They're only looking for an excuse to their weakness.
