If you can handle it, go run ~12k today and tomorrow. If you can't, get a bicycle and go for a 1:30h ride today and tomorrow. Take runkeeper or strava to get a better estimate of the calories.
Cycling is easier on the joints and you should be able to do it for an extended time even untrained.
