The sugar isn't too high, it tastes pretty good (the chocolate one anyway) mixes pretty well and isn't expensive for the amount you get (£45 for 7kg)

I just meant something without a stupid serving size or shitloads of additives. I just have 1 scoop whey isolate. My last shake of the day, i have 9fl oz whole milk, 100g nuts/seeds, 1 banana, 1 scoop, then i just blend it all together. Ita like 1000 kcal and healthier than just having a mutant mass shake.

As a former skeleton myself I can tell you that taking this easy way out is not sustainable, you need to make yourself eat more if you want to be big all your life, you cannot be dependent on these mess gainers.

Brotein is fine to add to your milk+pb+oats shake.

I used that shit before, a serving size is like 4 scoops which makes the shake more like a yogurt which fills you up so you cant eat any other food.

I went through a bag of that in like 3 weeks and didnt gain any weight because the sludge kills your hunger and makes it impossible to eat anything when it should be used as extra calories.

Just eat more and have a shake before bed you will get more benefit from it.

Guy who was saying about his eod shake here. I've got a rough example of what i get out of my end of day shake, if I am using pumpkin seeds.

I've not included micros, but they will vary depending on what seeds/nuts/legumes you include. This amount of pumpkin seed, for example, cotains 65% rda of magnesium.
