I am currently sucking dick for creatine in the locker room
guys help me out. i've only back in the gym for about a month now but I can't seem to get a good chest pump going. when I'm doing the exercise I can feel it and I try to focus and make sure my chest if working, but afterwards I just don't feel as if my chest is swole or even that "worked out" i feel it more in my shoulders and for some lifts in my tris. is this normal or am I missing out on something? I stick with dumbbell bench both flat and incline as well as different pec flies.
I'm starting to feel like my chest isn't growing with the rest of me. wat do?
