>be a powerlifter
>can't run a mile
>don't have the discipline to do more than a few seconds of cardio at a time
>do short bursts of cardio and call it "conditioning"
Does powerlifting attract people with weak minds, or does it foster a weak mind in those who partake?

change it to "some powerlifters are pathetic" and I agree
gotta discern between meme-ROM fuckos and genuinely strong lads like e.g. Tom Martin

Anon not every power lifter is a super heavy weight. The sport has weight classes so unless you're capable of filling out 350+ pounds (and are willing to do that) you'll always do better if you keep around 15% bf, which I would be willing to bet is lower than what you're sitting at.

Most elite powerlifters are 8-12%. Like Dan Green, the Lillibridges, Jesse Norris, Stan Efferding etc.
