Does anyone have any tried and tested methods of reducing acne scars? I'm talking diet, perhaps specific exercises like forms of cardio. Yeesh, even the correct way to sleep.
I'm not a bad looking guy, and last year of course of accutane helped mop up whatever was left from my teens, but the scars remain.
The GF says she doesn't even notice them, but I do. When I look in the mirror, it's all I see. I know I shouldn't care, but I do.
If anyone has any suggestions or advice, I'd love you forever.

I though accutane was pulled from the market a few years ago. I take zinc supplements, which are good for the skin in general (I know I probably piss out most of it, but it covers up any dietary lapses), but might not do much for scars.

I'm in Australia, if that makes a difference to availability. It fucked me up a bit, dry doesn't even begin. Worst bit was the depression. Even 50SPF sunscreen and a hat couldn't keep me from burning.
Do you think the zinc works?

Zinc works. At least the shit from the 80s did. I don't know if it's changed since then. Only good for the face though, it's really thick iirc.

Use derma-e scar gel bro, I use it morning and night and the shit works. You can buy em at your local vitaminshoppe or Whole Foods, VS is your best bet though since there is always a sale there

Pic btw, my acne scarring used to be A LOT worse, over the course of a year it significantly cleared it up, might be placebo but I've actually gotten compliments on improving my complexion

Look into acid peels. Glycolic or Lactic acid could help. You can find them on Amazon pretty easily.

Like anyone who isn't blind couldn't tell. From the very first pic, it's obvious she's 90% makeup with a ultra round, featureless face.
