First one. I dont feel hunger and frequently forget to eat for 48 hr periods ocassionally. So getting rid of the fat would be easy. Plus 5 11 aint too bad.

As someone who is 6'3" I would not choose this as I have already lost weight and would not want to do that shit again, especially another 250 pounds of it. I would take option 2, easily. My gains at 5'5 would look pretty good and it wouldn't take me much longer to get cut. Women care about height, sure, but you won't have pussy for at least a couple years until you lost that weight. Also, loose skin will still give you scars and shit if you can even get the surgery.
