What truly is the most patrician form of cardio? Surely it must be swimming, no? I mean...your feet don't even touch the ground!

Cycling, definitely

>can go for 100s of KMs
>get to be outside and look at scenery
>get tan + vitamin d from the sun
>impress normies
>leg gains
>wanna work endurance? ride flats
>wanna work strength? ride hills
>>
>>41952425
sounds like you are being jewed for gains.

i would rather say keep doing 5x5 and add in some chin ups after every workout as well as some band pull aparts in between every push set and band/cable facepulls after every other workout.

im no PT though

did you fail to read the OP?

Swimming is pretty nice, works your whole body instead just your legs, also for fatfucks it has the advantage of not being hard on your joints too. I personally hate it though.
>>41952516
>ballroom dancing
fun too but a bit stuck up for me. I prefer Lindy/Boogie

>like some kind of cuck

oh please, treat everything like a yield and ride smart and you'll be fine. i haven't obeyed a stop sign on my bike in years, it is the greatest freedom

Swimming is best for one reason.
>you can just keep going
Seriously I swim for like 5-6 hours, play in the water, have a ball. Never tire out.
Finally lay down and realize how much I actually did.

I miss swimming, nothing compares.

You can switch to legs, arms, upper, lower.
Swimming is god tier.

/o/ you have to go back

Have to agree. You can go places and get cardio while you do it. I don't just cycle I commute. Putting two together with bike riding, more efficient as a result.

How is that car-related?

>Oh wait, it's summer!

Hill Sprints
>>
>>41952549
This.
Pros:
Cheap
Fast
Can go placed cars can't(through parks, paths, etc)
Good exercise
Relaxing
Reliable

Cons:
Not as fast as a car
Exposed to elements

If you live in a fair weather city and your job is less than 5km away biking is objectively the best choice
>>
>>41953272
where do you get a good and cheap bicycle?
>>
Sprinting

>actually useful skill
>retain muscle mass while working heart

as far as usefullness goes i'd rank it as:

1st - sprinting
2nd - swimming
3rd - long distance jogging

for effectiveness as in what works the heart best i'd say jogging. high heart rate for a long ass time.

Is flat sprinting or hill sprinting better for building flat sprinting speed?

You get more hip work done with hill sprinting, but you should practice how you play, right?
