Even those concerns with those fish about mercury are overblown; and like most fish regularly eaten, even those should contain more selenium than mercury

Unless you live somewhere near the coast fish is usually more expensive than meat. Also, fish is probably harder to prepare than most meats. You can't fuck up meat (unless it's steak), but frying salmon on the skin takes a bit more skill.
Except for those two tidbits, there's no reason not to eat fish. If you're in a hurry you can just have brown rice with tuna (chop up some onions and other vegetables (spring onion?) in a pan and stirfry, add canned tuna, let it simmer a bit and then add cooked rice to it) for a quick and healthy meal.

you get the same with flaxseeds, just cheaper, healthier, more nutrients, better reduce risk of cognivite decline and a much much much lower risk of cancer.

Including the omega 3? I thought that was exclusive to seafood and supplements.

Nah man seafood is affordable even at near poverty levels. Also, cooking salmon in a pan is literally just as easy as cooking red meat. Pan, nice and hot (Med-high heat) butter/oil in the pan, garlic in, squeeze lemon on, skin down, cook 8 minutes for each inch of thickness. Wa la!

Or throw into the oven if no skillet skills.

Just go by the assumption that all vegan posts/replies are trolls. Stop giving them (You)'s and let them LARP all they want.

True, I just prefer pan cooking because it's more fun and tastes better imo. Learning to cook is definitely a skill for a well rounded man.

:^) I was hoping someone would appreciate it. It is pretty simple to cook salmon though and if I wanted it done quickly that's exactly how I do it.
