Blink your eyes a bunch, eventually they'll choose to either be open or closed.
Then focus on each little part of your body, starting at your toes.
Move as slow as possible, centering all your attention on what your feet then ankles then calves then ect are feeling. After a while it will reset your RAM.
If you're tossing and turning, put a bar of ivory soap under your blanket at the foot of your bed. It'll give you something to kick around that feels kind of like ground and somehow appeases the legs.
