go back to elementary school
Firstly you are not paying enough attention. Secondly, you should know how tired your muscles are by which set. Thirdly, just make your last set your first set and go from there.

Fuckng magnets + white board' A and B routines listed' days of the week with A/b on them Column with sets 1-5 and week1/2 use magnets to keep track of week and sets' literally don't have to have my brain switched on to lift, just focus on form, follow my list, move magnet to next number every time I'm done after 5 magnet back to 1 and next exercise!

Just go until you really feel the burn. I never count my sets except if I'm on a program.

Go till failure or just start over. It's pretty simple, I mean if you're going to be dumb and forget what set you're on you may as well be strong.

I can understand maybe reps, but an entire fucking set?
I do this too. I think I have short term memory issues.

i would advice to give yourslef a range of weight to adjust after each series.
Like you start at 12reps with 70kg
next one you try 10reps with 75kg, next 10reps again with 75kg and etc..
your brain will memorize more easly series. worked so fast for me.
Buy yourself an abacus if you're this much of a goldfish.
