eat less every day.
You don't need to do cardio to lose weight.
Just eat less.
No cheat meals. EVER.

Sure, but wouldnt cardio help? Also i feed bad when i visit my parents and they cook for me, its just rude not to eat it

Sure, it's one of the healthiest things for you and it burns calories. That doesn't mean you need it to lose weight.

From under or over?

You should probably talk to a doctor about getting an inhaler. It is common to take a rescue inhaler before strenuous exercise. If your doctor says that isn't an option, ask about other cardio options. I'm sure they'd be happy to help.
With an inhaler, your workout schedule should be the same as normal. see c25k or other starting programs.
I've seen many team mates be successful with asthma. I don't know how bad theirs is compared to yours, but it is at least a somewhat common problem.

I do indeed have an inhaler, however im not sure it may be strong enough, because after a while i feel my throat closing up again and im pretty sure im not supposed to use it just whenever as it is a "rescue" inhaler

Are you confusing asthma with being out of shape?
>>41946114
Nope Anon, i was obese, diagnosed with Asthma, told not to do anything cardioish like, 3 inhalers 2 different pills /daily
decided its not the life i want to have
QUIT all medication cold feet
almost die in first 3 months
After then my astma started getting better and better
On saturday i ran my first half marathon
All those inhalers and pills are just mainting the body in a stance that it never improves
trust me or not, just sharing my story anon

>No cheat meals
I drop weight fast right after my weekly cheat meal though
I'm in a very heavy deficit, not sure if that matters
