Are vitamin supplements a meme?
I take (2) Omega 3-6-9, (1) B12 and (1) Vitamin D a day. Does that make me less of a man? Should I start taking Iron too?

Go the fuck outside and you'll have your Vitamin D in no time. As for your Omegas, don't bother with the others and only supplement Omega 3 and have ZM6 by Iron Labs instead of your B12 and you'll grow like a weed.

I take a small amount of iron because i have a deficiency, fish oil, and vanadyl sulfate which helps keep your glycogen stores full/efficiently use carbs, also helps vascularity which is cool

Op don't take iron unless you have a deficiency. It will make you nauseous and light headed. It took me a while to find the right dose and i had to leave work once because i felt like i was going to pass out

Only worth taking are beta carotene for good skin, vitamin D in winter and omega 3 if you don't like fish.

Zinc and vitamin D are the only ones I have ever noticed a difference with. Vit D i start noticing differences at about 5000iu in winter and 3000iu in summer, Uk here so our summer isnt too sunny.
