How many of you have used this? Does it really improve grip strength by a significant amount ?

There are different types of grip strength, but the answer is that yes, they will help.

I have the small ones. If you have any wrist pain from lifting they help a lot. It's a bit much to pay for a piece of rubber but it's worth the money

You can get some knock-off ones for like 8 bucks as an add-on item on Amazon if you're curious.

Using Fat Gripz right now, trying Joe DeFrancos "cycling" where you use them for four weeks for everything but your working sets and then don't use them for four weeks.
Starting week three with FG now and it seems to work quite good.

Hopefully these are helpful for you.
My problem with grip isn't the actual gripping it's the fact the bar takes my fucking callouses with it every time.
As soon as I go over 4pl8s on a dead it's like my callouses just want to slide right off

If you dont natturally have super human grip strenght you not a chad; FACT
Just LMAO nothing screams supercompensating beta virgin like some autist with a "fat grip" bar just LOL how about you do some neck curls to while your at it too
Facility I'm training at this summer has some of these. I thought they were just some chicken shit things like the squat bar pad, but it seems like an interesting concept.
I've never had any issue with grip but I'm always looking to see how far into cyborg strength territory I can get my hands so I might give them a look.

Use a pumice stone in the shower on your callouses.
