I'm skinnyfat as fuck, and I really, really want to be at least semi not shit looking by the end of the year. My longterm goal is to get thicc and muscly but I want to lose fat first. How should I do this without going skelly?
Should I do a fullbody routine like SL and eat at maintenance, should I cut? Bodyweight at home?
I have gyno as well, so when I lose fat I'm gonna get rid of that.

Anon, I was in the exact same situation as you. I decided to bulk, then cut.
My choices were to either cut, bulk, then cut or simply bulk, then cut. I took the choice with fewer steps since it's simpler and easier. Same result in the end, same amount of time overall.

yeah dude no gyno there. Fat distribution favoring chest, but definetely no gyno. for actual gyno read up on wikipedia. And yeah you do look skinny fat, as I don't see a much fat around gut
