How many days per week can I work my butt directly & still gain mass? Is it like forearms & calves where I can work it 4-6 days a week and still see growth?
And I don't mean just squats(but yes squats)
I mean lunges and also those weighted barbell hip thrusts. Those fuckers kill but I've seen incredible growth doing them twice a week on leg day. Really wanna up the volume but not sure if that's counterproductive
Don't forget to use and max out the hip abductor and adductor machines.
