>"I think the biggest mistake is that you go to the gym and you go through the motions, but you don't really have your mind inside the muscle... I have seen guys also training with me, 4 hours a day, 5 hours a day, but they look like shit, and why do they look like shit? It's because they didn't concentrate"

Is SS + GOMAD enough?
Yeah bro the muscle will only grow if you believe it will. Doing those heavy squats and deadlifts won't grow your legs and glutes at all unless you believe in it.

Never was nor will be into bodybuilding, but damn, is Schwarzy inspiring. He can spout motivational drivel and give it meaning, just through the sheer awesomeness of his life.
Bodybuilder
Real-estate millionaire
Movie star

He isn't wrong though.
The mental side of lifting is massively important to making progress.
There difference between cutting a set one rep short due to not having the fortitude to push through the next rep, might be negligible on a short term scale, but it make a big difference over the long term.
Pushing the body far enough to make progress is hard as you get bigger and stronger, its easy and takes little willpower as a beginner.

Can't be president because he wasn't born in the USA, a man can dream though
>>41919673
yeah that and doing copious amounts if steroids
"steroids stil require effort" attitude is retarted
if you dont train and take test you will gain more muscle than training natty
>>41919673
Did you just suggest I should listen to fake natties?
>>41921892
Confirmed for never going to make it
>>41919673

>>41919673
>It's because they didn't concentrate

It's all steroids and genetics.

Nope. My muscles have grown more than anyone else in my gym aside from 2 or 3 other guys who do 5 times a day as opposed to my 3 times a day. They just "go through the motions". Kicking legs in calf exercise like you're on a swing. Flipping up arms rapidly during durls. Finishing a 5 set barbell bench in less than 10 seconds.
If you don't go slow throughout the entire exercise, and flex the muscles, (aka "feel it") you won't make nearly as much progress as someone else will. Pretty basic shit, Arnold isn't spreading new information here. In fact you're shockingly misinformed if you think it's fake.

He's ineligible for POTUS though.
Shits true, I used to focus too much energy and focus on moving the weight, it's like my muscle doing the work was secondary, my primary focus was completing the rep
Now i've dropped the weight and literally focus 100% on the muscle doing the work, feels completely different, feels so much more satisfying, much better pumps
but on the downside I look weak as fuck
