Almost tricked me, friend!
Firstly, bodyweight exercise is not used for gaining mass. Its used for getting better at bodyweight workouts.
Its like asking for a martial art that will help you get better at drawing.
Secondly, you have a small appetite, that is why you struggle to gain weight. There is no other reason. Learn to eat more.
You can gain mass with bodyweight but it takes a lot longer than lifting. Took me about a year and a half to get to ottermode with it. Also you're not a hardgainer you just don't eat. Start eating alot of nuts , peanut butter and drink a shit load of milk.

I got my diet sorted out.
My reason for requesting this type of workout is the fact that all major weighted upper body movements(bench, military press, and chins) give me terrible headaches.

Maybe you breathe more but from someone who does bodyweight(not that gymnastics bullshit the bwg does) yoi should be doing the haedest possible movements if your actually trying to gain mass. If your in a gym do weighted calisthenics.
Also dont come here for bodyweight advice. Go to youtube or reddit.
