480ml Whole Milk
75g Egg Whites + 3 Whole Eggs
100g Unflavored Casein Powder
80g Powdered Oats
22g Honey

Have this first thing in the AM, before a breakfast of 10 eggs scrambled with 2tbsp butter, and a steak of my choice

No idea the macros off the top of my head, but it's a good start to the day

I do the exact same thing as you. The flavourless whey isn't bad if you chug it down quickly, fuck having a load of sugar/sweeteners just so it can "taste good".

2 tbsp coconut oil 240 cals

500ml milk 250 cals, 14 g protein

Half cup oat meal 150 cals 6g protein

2 tbsp chocolate powder 80 cals 1g protein

Sugar

Vanilla
Cinnamon

I drink it in the morning after breakfast and i take my mass gainer after workout
