Hey guys. I'm really autistic with my food choices, and I made a meal plan:
Breakfast:
Oats soaked in rice/soy milk, fruit, ground flax, maple syrup.
Lunch:
Left-overs
and
Rice cracker, nut/seed butter, fruit.
Dinner:
Quinoa/Brown rice
Beans/Tofu
Broccoli/Peas/Spinach
TVP (optional)
Snack:
Fresh fruit, Nuts.
Post Workout:
Soy/rice milk, pea protein, maple syrup
Banana, peanut butter, hempseed.
