Hello /fit/, could you recommend me a good,increasingly difficult, bodyweight program for mass building?
The background story is that I´m a hardgainer trying to build muscle, but all the major upper body movements(bench, chins and military press) give me terrible headaches (yes, I breathe properly).
This has been ruining my gains for far too long, and I am eager to try something new.

Since people will be a dick here sure, I've gained about 40bs of LBM in 2.5 years doing this and running.
