i am new to working out,
i do cardio a few times a week currently, and weight train every other day
i am 5'6 and about 181 lbs
i havent been working out long and dont have much equiptment, however i was wondering if somone could give me some advice on what i could do to improve what i am currently doing,
i normally do 1 day weights, 1 day cardio,
1st day weights would look like this,
bench, 8x4
squat, 8x4
deadlift 8x4
which takes me about an hour to complete, and i do it in a circuit so i bench for 8 reps, then move to squat, then to dead, and repeat
next day will be cardio or cycling
then next weights day i do,
barbell shrugs 10x4
ohp 6-8
barbell calf raises 10x4
i have a bench bar and dumbells to work with pls help, i dont think im ever gonna make it.

Instead of fucking around doing random movements, follow an actual routine. If squats, deads and bench is your thing do SL, SS or ICF. These are 3 days a week so you can do cardio the other 4 days if you want. Also, read the sticky

Also, you really gotta add some back work in there. Deadlifts is not gonna build your back by itself lol
