Newfag here, need some help. Any time I stay in the gym for longer than 30-40 minutes, I feel sick to my stomach and end up vomiting my guts out. I could get a lot more out of the gym but this shit happens every time and I always end up leaving earlier than I'd like to because of it.
Is this something that passes with time? Is it a problem with my diet? Any help would be appreciated
Eat 2 bananas and a slice of bread about 30 minutes before the gym. Poop when you get there and you'll be good.

Take some lactobacillus pills before pwo meal and gym. I had the same problem (not as severe tho) and the pills removed it completely.
