Need routine advice.
I've been lifting for about a year and have plateaued. I got into lifting to look good but I also want to be strong.
Should I
>Start Texas Method to get my lifts up to a respectable level before going to a PPL routine for better aesthetics
Or
>Go straight to a PPL routine
I'm 5'11" 180lbs

I personally went for Bill Starr's intermediate 5x5
put on a lot of mass during it, after you have the mass and have maxxed out CNS gains, gaining aesthetics is a lot easier.
