Okay /fit/ how do I achieve semi-toned abs like this with a bodyweight routine? I already have extremely low body fat and my current core routine is this.

>Plank
>Side planks
>Leg raises

Crunches, suitcases, cherry pickers, ab wheel, decline crunches, penguins, side bends, bicycles
Just look up ab workouts and do fuck load of them in high intensity bursts throughout the day
