I'm 107kg, I'm about 10ish kg overweight. In either case, I've been bulking and doing calisthenics/bands for a while now.
But I'd like to get a door frame pullup bar. Would this fuck up my doorframes?
Also has anyone use a dip station at home? I'm also considering getting one.
There are some pull up bars that come with mounting brackets that screw into the wall right above the door frame and the whole pull up bar sits into those, essentially it means less stress being put on the doorframe itself. The bar can be removed and installed without a hassle, the brackets just stay mounted all the time

>dip station
I use 2 chairs kek

Don't normal chairs run the risk of breaking? considering they're only really built to withstand downward pressure and not sideways

That would leave permanent marks though, no?

Yes, if you were to remove the brackets then you'd have screw holes in the wall, which aren't too hard to mask though
Pic related is what I mean

depends on the chairs I guess, weighted dips with 105 lbs on me didn't break them
