Fucking help me /fit/ I can't deal with this shit

>Starting getting fit in the summer, losing weight everythings great
>winter rolls around I can't jog anymore, not even 1/7th of what I was doing is possible anymore because of the cold fridged air and humidity, feels like my chest is about to implode on itself and give in
>Rest of my body is cold as shit no matter what clothing I'm wearing, swinging my arms like normal begins to fucking HURT and my leg with a floating patella grinds way sooner into run.
I just wanna get fit boys this shit is the worst. What kind of cardio/exercise can I substitute for a good jog? I've heard the rowing machine is a good choice but I've never used one before so I dunno. Its also a hassle to go to the gym EVERYDAY just to run on a god-damn treadmill. I don't wanna be that guy.
