You're upset because deep down you really don't think it's possible to become big, and your attitude needs to change.

You don't have any hope because you don't think you have the potential or willpower required to reach a level in which you would be satisfied. Instead of treating those people as an enemy that's trying to hurt your ego by taking the things you want, realise that you need a solid model to strive for. Use them as motivation instead of degradation. They don't have to be your enemies.

Along with the above, you're making excuses as to not being able to not get a gf. No one said it's easy for everybody. Accept that it may be more difficult for you to reach a level of where you can socialise easily, but by no means say it's impossible. Accept that there's no shortcuts, you have to go out and talk to people. Don't try to make it some sort of achievement game once you're in the conversion, just have fun with it. You don't need an amazing body to get women. That's an excuse made by /fit/ to avoid talking to people. It's easier to gain social skills than a body as long as you're open to change. There are lots of guys with shit bodies that have good girlfriends.

Stop labelling every girl as "Getting fucked by ten Chads a day". That's your fear talking. Yes, there's some that are slutty, but get to know more and they might actually like you. So far everything you're saying has shown that fear controls you. That's natural, but you need to make your own choices and realise that the excuses your making is the attempt to numb fear and pain (Which won't last forever).

Stop labelling yourself as a beta since that will make you a beta in time. Look at yourself as a bundle of potential instead of failure. There had to be some point in your life where you've succeeded and conquered fear that improved your situation in life. Accept this situation as a step forward that's important to you, and that it's okay to feel insecure and scared on the way.
