Not OP but I had gyno in middle school (I had a lump under my right nipple) and my areolas got pretty big and puffy.

The lump went away about a year later but I still have my damn puffy nipples 20 years later. I swear I look like I lose 10 pounds if my nipples are hard it fuckin sucks.

I think I'd have to cut to 7-8% for it to go away.
