Can't be too hard. If they are not pre-seasoned then just throw some shit on them. Whatever you like.

it's not that complicated to marinate in a liquid mixture or just apply a dry-rub overnight. cook in pan with oil like you would.
you can brown in a pan on high heat and then finish in the oven if they are thick fillets.

Put in George Foreman grill, return in like 10 minutes
>>41891815
microvawe for 10 mins
Drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, bake at 350
season how you please
preheat oven to 425f
put chicken in pan
put chicken in oven
let cook for at least 15min
then starting eyeing it from there forward (cook time depends on thickness of meat)
cut it open to check for pink
if all white then it's done and good to eat

>Cut into small chunks.
>Throw into brine (Salt + warm water).
>Preheat over to 220C.
>After half hour in over, rinse chicken, rub with salt, pepper and paprika.
>Bake for 20 minutes, turning after 10.
Less than a hour including prep.

Get any cut with skin, season to your like and put it in the oven at 350 for an hour.
I found 40 mins 350F for frozen works fine.

throw them in a slow cooker with coconut oil and whatever spices you like.
its painful to watch weightlifters cook. if you are gonna eat that much protein make one bigass pot of food for the day instead of a bunch of crappy little meals that takes more time
I literally just throw 4 pounds of chicken breast into my rice cooker with 2 cups of rice and some veg/lentils. Plus some combination of salt, pepper, sriracha, garlic, lime, soy sauce, etc
4 days of dinner in like an hour

>an hour
That's massive overkill dude that's just a recipe for driest possible chicken. A breast only needs about 25 mins let alone a cutlet
>>41891815
Pound them flat and put them in a hot pan.
Or just stick them in a George Foreman. Either way is simple and cooks them very quickly.
>>41891815
Bake 25 minutes at 375
or
Boil for 25 minutes

It's the easiest thing to ever cook. Just get some fucking heat on the thing and that'll do.
Oven? sure. panfry? go for it. Grill? perfect.
Just fucking throw it on a fire or something Christ. use your brain.
