Few long term studies but they are undoubtedly better for the lungs, the main downside is that you'll vape more than you smoked since it's easy and convenient and you can pretty much vape anywhere so try to limit yourself

I have been smoking on and off for 3 years now, sometimes one cigarette per 2-4 days, sometimes I don't smoke for a whole month and sometimes I smoke a pack during a 12 hour shift. I will buy a vape and try to quit smoking, since I have mandatory military service coming (that means higher nicotine needs) and cigarettes cost about 4€ a pack.

Why on earth would it be even worse than conventional cigarettes? The ingredients in e-cigarretes are glycerol (safe), flavourings (safe) and nicotine (harmful but probably the least harmful ingredient you will find in a conventional cigarette).

That said... speaking only from observing aquantences, one downside that is rarely discussed is that there are no barriers to limit your intake. For instance, I have a customer that would have stepped away to smoke maybe every couple of hours before. Now he puffs a vape almost nonstop. He doesn't have to step away, and there is nothing to start or finish like with a cigarette. I was out with a bunch of customers the other day and they were all sucking vapes the whole time. It was like a bunch of infants with pacifiers.

it helped me quit. just look at it as a way to quit, and not an alternative to your nicotine consumption.

the best setup would be a mech mod with a sub-ohm drip. 26 guage kanthal, 10-11 wraps around a jewelry screwdriver should get you sub 1 ohm. cotton in a bed style with coil ontop.

stay away from butter flavored juice, causes popcorn lung. i always used Seduce Juice. good selection, rewards program, great customer support and staff.
