Help a manlet out mah brahs,
I am a 5'8,5 manlet but still 18 years old and deluded enough to hope for one last growth spurt. What should I do when I only care about height and nothing more? What stretches or exercises could maybe help me with the growth?
My growth plates aren't completely fused yet, I did an X-ray a couple of days ago.

im 18 and 6'0, I bought some HGH few days ago, I read that if you want to use it mainly for height you have to consume that shit before sleep. Gonna use it for a month or two to see if it helps, you should give it a go too, especially having in mind that your plates arent fused yet
