I always felt human were better designed for utilizing endurance and agility.
To focus strength is the equivalent of a gorilla focusing cardio.
My gym time is about 30% strength training and the rest endurance and agility practice.

Why not have a balance of both? Why not go SSJ2? That's the correct way of doing things
Well, that's why I think one should spend like twice or thrice the time he spends working for strength in cardio. And that's probably why so many people are into martial arts I guess.
Anyone does weightlifting and martial arts here?
